  • 1 Loaf Bread (Sandwich) 1 cup Mozarella or Cheddar cheese (grated) Chutney (as required) 4 Potatoes ( boiled and sliced) 1 Capsicum (sliced) 1 Onion (rings) 2 Cucumber (sliced) 4 Tomatoes (sliced) Chat Masala (sprinkle) Chutney: 1 n hlf cup Corriander leaves 1/2 cup Mint leaves 3 Green Chillies 1/4 Ginger 3-4 tbsp Coconut (grated) or, 1/4 cup Peanuts 1 Lemon juice 1 tsp Salt

Directions

  • 1) Make chutney, blend chutney ingredients well with quartre or half cup of water 2) Remove in a bowl, sprinkle salt on potato and tomato slices 3) Heat up sandwich grill 4) On each slice apply butter, then apply chutney should cover the entire slice 5) On half of slices lay potato slices, followed by tomato slices 6) Then onion rings, cucumber and capsicum, then sprinkle chaat masala 7) Sprinkle cheese and cover with another slice that has chutney facing the filling 8) On top of the sandwich apply butter and grill till done
